Employability and professional success: A study about economy and business graduates

Purpose: The aim of this paper is to suggest determinants and variables that affect employability, entering the labour market professional success. Design/methodology/approach: Our analysis has been conducted among Economy Business graduates in Catalonia. data was collected from Agencia Catalana per a la Qualitat Universitària (AQU) survey carried out 2014; results were published 2017.We have defined two dependent variables: amount time spent finding first job salary level years after concluding graduate studies.
